Joe has 30 + years in the construction industry, serving in a variety of capacities. Having learned through hands on experience, quickly becoming a lead carpenter, he then moved onto project management, purchasing, and contractor consulting. In addition, he has experience working in the restoration and insurance industry involving renovations due to unforeseen occurrences (e.g. fire and water damage to properties). He has a passion to help homeowners prevent problems before they happen.
