But when you’re not around, who’s keeping watch over your property? Who can you trust to make sure your appliances are working and your water valves aren’t leaking? That your overall home and property are in tiptop condition? Maybe you’ve considered a house sitter, but a house sitter lacks the expertise to spot the small problems before they become big problems. And while a security system is great, it can’t call the plumber, the cleaner, or handyman when you need one.

Enter Sand Castle Property Services, founded by Joe Kaskel. With thirty years of construction experience, you can rest assured knowing you have a professional in your corner caring for your property. As part of your Home Watch service, we’ll perform routine checks of all appliances, plumbing, circuit breakers and HVAC systems, as well as assess the condition of your property’s exterior. We will also inspect for leaks, pests and mold, all of which can present themselves in a surprisingly short amount of time while you’re away.

Should we find any issues or potential problems, we will notify you immediately and supply you with up to three diagnostic inspections. After we’ve gone over your options, we’ll follow your instructions to best resolve the issue.
